Terms & Conditions

1.1 This competition is run by Till Dawn Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, hereafter “the Promoter”.

1.2 The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Google, or any billboard media owner.

2.1 The competition opens on 16 May 2026 00:01 SAST and closes on 16 June 2026 at 23:59 SAST.

2.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3.1 Entry is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years or older, except employees, agents, and immediate families of the Promoter, Lebo M, Till Dawn Records, and associated companies.

3.2 Entrants must have a valid South African ID or passport and be in possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from date of travel to qualify for the prize.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency.

4.1 Scan the official QR code displayed on Last Queen Standing billboards.

4.2 Complete all 18 questions on the quiz hosted at the Till Dawn Records landing page.

4.3 Submit your full name, email address, and contact number. Only one entry per person.

4.4 No purchase necessary. Data/airtime costs for entry are for the entrant’s own account.

4.5 Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

5.1 One winner will receive 2 x VIP tickets as Lebo M’s guest to The Lion King on Broadway in either London OR New York, at the Promoter’s discretion based on availability.

5.2 The prize includes:

• 2 x VIP theatre tickets to The Lion King
• Return economy class flights from Johannesburg OR Cape Town for winner + 1 guest
• 3 nights’ hotel accommodation, 4-star minimum, on a bed & breakfast basis
• Airport transfers in the destination city

5.3 The prize excludes: travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, ground transport in SA, and any costs arising from changes to travel dates.

5.4 Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be resold.

5.5 If the winner cannot travel on dates specified by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.

6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries with completed quizzes, conducted on 30 June 2026 and overseen by an independent auditor.

6.2 Quiz answers are for engagement only and do not affect chances of winning, except that incomplete entries will be disqualified.

6.3 The winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6.4 The winner’s name may be published on Till Dawn Records and Lebo M’s official social media pages.

7.1 Winner and guest must be able to travel internationally and meet all visa, passport, and health requirements for the UK or USA.

7.2 The Promoter will assist with a standard letter of invitation, but securing visas remains the winner’s responsibility. If visas are denied, the prize is forfeited.

7.3 Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

7.4 Travel must be completed by December 2027, subject to Lebo M’s schedule and theatre availability.

8.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for administering the competition and marketing related to Lebo M, Last Queen Standing, African Icons Tribute Concert, and Lebo M Live in Concert, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

8.2 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities, including photos, video, and interviews, without additional compensation.

8.3 Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or if required by law.

9.3 The Promoter and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or acceptance of the prize, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9.4 This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9.5 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
